Nikita's story
Nikita studied our Level 4 Certificate in Beauty Therapy—a year-long programme that prepares ākonga to confidently enter the industry. She gained skills in facial therapy, hair removal, manicure and pedicure, makeup, spray tanning, eyebrow shaping and eyelash tinting. Nikita’s tutors helped her get a foot in the door at Urban Sanctuary Day Spa through a work experience scheme during her studies. After graduating she was offered a full-time position, and now enjoys spending her days helping clients look and feel their best.
