If you apply for a programme where you need to provide additional information or attend an interview or audition, we will contact you after we have received your application. We will request the information we need or arrange a date for your interview or audition.
We aim to get back to you in 5-10 working days, but it will take longer if you need to attend an interview or to supply further documentation.
If your application is approved, we will send you an Enrolment Contract with the details of your enrolment and how much your programme of study will cost. If you accept and return the Enrolment Contract, we will complete your enrolment and secure your place in the programme.
Trimesters start in February or March, July and November.
If your application is not approved, we will be in touch with you and will talk with you about your study options.
After you have accepted the Enrolment Contract, we will send you an invoice for your programme fees. If you are applying for a student loan, make sure that you complete and submit all the necessary forms. For more information on student loans, go to www.studylink.govt.nz.
When you have paid your fees in full or you have arranged to pay the fees (eg. through a student loan application), you are entitled to begin your study programme.
