How to Re-enrol

Re-enrolment Information for 2025

Your School will let you know if you need to re-enrol for your following year of study. As a guide, the following programmes with elective options require re-enrolment for subsequent years of study using our online application form and submission of a course selection sheet to advising@wandw.ac.nz

Many ākonga (students) do not need to complete this process. However, if you are unsure, please confirm with your School. 

If approved, you will receive your 2025 Enrolment Contract via email.  To continue your study journey, review and accept the contract (including any conditions specified).

Verified Documents

Unless asked, you do not need to supply verified identity documents again, as these are already stored in our system.

Additional Requirements: Interviews or Auditions

If your chosen programme requires further information, an interview, or an audition, an Enrolment Advisor will contact you with the next steps.

Payment of Fees

Once you have accepted the Enrolment Contract, you will receive an invoice for your programme fees. If you are applying for a student loan, ensure all necessary forms are completed. For more details on student loans, visit www.studylink.govt.nz.

Payment of your fees either in full or by arrangement (such as a student loan) should be made prior to the start of your study programme.
