Present research/professional speciality: I am currently working with Tourism Industry Aotearoa to produce the Annual State of the Industry report. The project was delivered to them in 2017 and received an unprecedented amount of media coverage and a call to action from the Tourism Minister to address freedom camping issues. I have also just completed the rebranding and website project for Regional Tourism New Zealand which has been highly successful.
